Identified issues and inefficiencies within customer systems; constructed creative solutions through troubleshooting and investigation; developed lasting relationships with analyst teams; and implemented solutions promptly with a dedication to keeping commitments
Provided direction and support to 20 analysts across two hospital networks using Epic software with the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing workflows to create efficiencies for a combined 30,000+ employees in addition to facilitating bi-weekly calls with engineers from multiple disciplines to engage with executives from a Top-100 ranking healthcare network
